Safe Harbours Driving School is an ICBC licensed driving school operating in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island! It is our goal to provide safe and responsible driver training, teaching you the skills you need navigate our scenic winding highways and busy city streets. Safe Harbours Driving School is confidant in the quality and value of it’s instruction, and will happily discuss any concerns about our lessons, practices and instruction.
Safe Harbours is proud to be an affiliate of DriveWise BC, the largest driving school in British Columbia. As an ICBC approved Safe Start program provider, you can ‘attend’ their classes online, and complete your in car lessons with us! Successful completion before your ‘N’ road test takes 6 months off your probationary term!
